Mission Statement

Cathedral City High School, in partnership with parents and community members, is dedicated to providing an educational experience that guides students toward successful lives as productive citizens of their community. Students are encouraged to acquire academic, artistic, athletic, and technical skills, and to practice health-conscious and ethical behaviors. The CCHS community values the different abilities and talents of all students and promotes an understanding that respect and diversity strengthens all people.

Dear Parents and Students,

On behalf of the faculty, staff and administration, welcome to the 2013-2014 school year. We are proud to serve the 2,200 students that attend our school. In 22 years of operation, Cathedral City High School continues to grow in all areas of academic, athletic and extra-curricular life highlighted by consistent growth.  I credit our sixth consecutive year of Academic Performance Index growth to our hardworking staff and outstanding students.

In addition to the following list of ongoing programs at CCHS, we are very proud to be a Candidate School for the International Baccalaureate program which is on target for authorization for the 2015 school year.
